Swissvale Fire Department now has 4 certified child passenger safety technicians certified through the National Child Passenger Safety Certification Training Program. If you would like to have a child passenger safety seat installed or you would like a car seat safety check performed, please contact Assistant Chief Mike Volpe at 412-271-0448 ext. 305.

Installations and safety inspections are by appointment only and are free of charge.
